Internal Use
Children: 0.5 g per day
Adults: 1–2 g per day
A measuring spoon (1 g) is included in the box.
Take sublingually (under the tongue) until completely dissolved, in the morning, 20–30 minutes before meals.
It is recommended to take it in courses of at least 6 weeks.
In case of diabetes, it can be consumed as is, as it does not affect the glycemic index.
External Use
Mixed with 2% honey.
