Propolis is traditionally regarded as a powerful natural protective substance. This highly valued bee product is considered essential to have at home.
With a long history of traditional uses, propolis tincture is commonly used in natural and folk practices for various purposes.
Internal use:
Administer orally. The drops can be taken with a small amount of liquid or placed on a teaspoon of honey. For children, dilution in sufficient liquid or honey is recommended. It is advised not to drink other liquids for 20–30 minutes after taking the tincture, allowing the propolis to act.
External use:
Apply the propolis tincture with a cotton pad so that the area remains well covered by the solution. Allow it to absorb thoroughly. Apply twice a day, then let the area air-dry for about half an hour.
Recommended Dosage:
Adults: 10 drops, 3 times per day
Children over 3 years: 5 drops, 3 times per day
Children 1–3 years: 3 drops, 3 times per day
