Why do we call it raw honey?

We call it this because it is cold-extracted and packaged in its natural state, without being heated, thus preserving all of its beneficial properties.

Honeydew honey is the most valuable type of honey from a therapeutic point of view, containing 10 times more vitamins and minerals than other types of honey in our country.

It is produced by bees from the sweet secretions of aphids that feed on the sap of young fir branches in the forest.

This honey has a distinct, pleasant taste, less sweet, with a high viscosity.

When it crystallises, this variety of honey turns light brown and its texture changes, but its properties remain the same.

A miracle for health

Honeydew honey contains inhibin (a very strong bactericide), mineral salts, calcium and magnesium in quantities 20 times higher than in regular honey, and the human body absorbs these minerals better from natural food sources than from synthetic supplements.

This type of honey is rich in vitamins (B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, vitamin C, vitamin K, etc.) and minerals (Ca, Mg, Fe, Boron – which helps synthesize vitamin C), making it recommended for both children and the elderly.

Honeydew honey has exceptional benefits for the respiratory system due to its anti-infectious and expectorant properties.

It stimulates intestinal transit and has antioxidant effects.

Apitherapists recommend honeydew honey in various natural treatments for complete strengthening of the body.

Good to know!

We do not heat or process the honey precisely so we can offer you LIVING honey, with all its therapeutic qualities intact.
